Believes that life is a journey....

and sometimes we may end up in a dark never-ending tunnels and that’s okay. I can support you as we drive together through your world and navigate the different stages of your life through thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

The final destination of life’s journey for everyone is to find your purpose and make a meaning out of it. There are times in this journey when we feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and uncertain when life events and situations, and navigation appears difficult.

Those are the times when you may decide you need a therapist to help you in making a meaning of those thoughts, feelings, and behaviours to enable you to find the path to fulfilling your world’s purpose.

Mission Statement

Unwind Psychotherapy was created to provide a safe virtual space for clients to come and feel heard and validated. The stigma behind addictions and mental health is still very prevalent, Unwind Psychotherapy recognizes how important and difficult the step of reaching out is. My goal here is to use a holistic, client-centered, and evidence based approaches to support you in identifying your unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviours by developing strategies to replace them with better suitable coping strategies and through reflection.
